BOOKING TERMS

These Booking Terms apply to INNit Accommodations, our officers, employees and agents (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and the person or legal entity making the Booking or to whom We supply services in respect of the Booking (‘You/Your’). These Booking Terms are governed by English law and apply to all Bookings except where We agree in writing other terms. By making a Booking You are deemed to accept these Booking Terms.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received the deposit payment of the total price quoted if required. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18yrs to make a Booking. Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit or debit card or cash we no longer accept cheques. For telephone or online bookings Your Card will be used as a guarantee to hold your booking against late cancellation/no show. Your charge will appear on your statement as INNit Rooms.

PRICES

All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate. Rates are per room per night. If You have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the Booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during Your stay (unless otherwise stated). Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should You change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

In the event that You attempt to check-in outside of the stated times without prior arrangement, We may cancel the booking and retain any amounts We are entitled to retain as stated in the Cancellation Policy section of Your Booking Confirmation. The check-out time is also specified on Your Booking Confirmation.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our amendment and cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. If You cancel Your Booking or part of Your Booking within this period the total that includes any supplements selected by You will be charged to your debit/credit card. To make a cancellation You must call us on +44 (0) 7401 224410 and quote Your reservation name and check-in date. Cancellation or early departure during your stay will not be eligible for refund.

If We identify a genuine technical error with the booking system’s advertised pricing and notify you of that error within 48 hours, We reserve the right to Cancel Your booking and make a full and final manual Refund. For mechanical calculations, a party may be able to set aside the contract on these grounds provided that the other party does not try to take advantage of the mistake, or ‘snatch up’ the offer (involving a bargain that one did not intend to make, betrayed by an error in arithmetic).

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are confirming that the purpose of your stay in our hotels is work or education, and only for the purposes stated in the gov.uk website:

The list of reasons you can leave your home and local area include, but are not limited to:

  • work, where you cannot reasonably work from home

  • accessing education and for caring responsibilities

  • visiting those in your support bubble – or your childcare bubble for childcare

  • visiting hospital, GP and other medical appointments or visits where you have had an accident or are concerned about your health

  • buying goods or services that you need, but this should be within your local area wherever possible

  • outdoor exercise. This should be done locally wherever possible, but you can travel a short distance within your area to do so if necessary (for example, to access an open space)

  • attending the care and exercise of an animal, or veterinary services

If you need to travel, walk or cycle where possible, and plan ahead and avoid busy times and routes on public transport. This will allow you to practise social distancing while you travel.
