INNit Hotels is a group of multiple unique properties, each one located on a street in Kemptown, just moments from Brighton beach. Our hotels are centrally located and in walking distance for shopping, eating out and exploring the city centre attractions.
Our hotels are designed to avoid the hassle of check-in desks - all you have to do is check in online before you travel - shortly afterwards, you will receive your room number and property access code.
If you require any assistance while staying in any of our guest houses, a member of staff can be with you in a matter of minutes.
Marina House Hotel was most recently added to the portfolio in August 2021. The hotel won the Traveller's Review Award 2022, as voted for by guests via Booking.com.

Dania is an integral part of our team, overseeing guest experiences, managing staff, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our multiple locations in Kemptown, Brighton, and London.
With extensive experience in hospitality management, Dania has successfully led diverse teams and operations, from vibrant pubs to prestigious stately homes. She is also the creative force behind the distinctive interior design of our rooms, blending style and comfort to create inviting spaces for our guests.
Dania describes Brighton as a "dynamic, happy city," a sentiment that perfectly reflects the warmth, energy, and dedication she brings to INNit Hotels—both front-of-house and behind the scenes.
Daniel Morelli
Owner of INNit Hotels
His affinity for hospitality and communications was first spotted at an Orlando resort, where Daniel quickly climbed the ranks - from guest services to team leader. This early experience mixed with the entrepreneurial spirit, led him to establish his own advertising agency in Florida, which worked with brands for 14 years.
After selling his agency, Daniel swapped one seaside location for another by moving to England to accept a role with a prestigious estate agent. When the opportunity presented itself to acquire his first guesthouse in Brighton, Daniel was ready.
